I've just taken over this meetup and so the site is currently under reconstruction. I'll have new information, comments and events for you in the not too distant future. For the time being, I may co-post other events for you all to attend. If anyone has a venue that would be fun for everyone to attend, let me know...

By the way, I am also the organizer of The GPB Tri-City Walking and Hiking Group which I took over in Feb. 2008. Take a look see and join in on all of the walking and hiking events too.

Your comments and suggestions are welcomed. For example, types of events and locations of places and things you would like to do would be helpful.

For now, this is what I have to say to my fellow members:

This Meetup will be about putting on events that will entice you to get out of the house or get out of working too much and have FUN, do something new or old, ENJOYABLE, meeting new PEOPLE and MAKING NEW FRIENDS.
