Hi runners:

The details for tomorrow are really easy. We are meeting in front of Lloyd Hall at 8:00 a.m.. It is the public boathouse behind the art museum on Kelly drive. There is a parking lot right there. Most people do not realize you can park in the circle at the back of the lot until 10 or 11. (It says valet parking only but the signs in the circle clearly state that it does not start until 11.)

You only need to be ready to run 3 miles for the beginner's program. If you are in better shape already, our Ragnar team is running 13 tomorrow. So, you can do a portion of their run. (or all of it). Our Coach can give more information about the advanced program. (I am guessing they are running 5-6 miles.
