Introduction
I'm a busy single parent of a college student, an artist and art teacher (my calling). I find balance doing things I enjoy: hiking, xc skiing, camping, dancing, music,getting out with friends. I work hard & like to play & make things happen.
Do you have favorite arts events and social activities?
I love live music, most any kind. Art, dance, theatre, musicals, opera novice. Potluck parties with friends (I have a pool table & a great patio, gas grill.) Happy hours with good company & music.
How do you stay active? What are your favorite outdoor activities?
Hiking; winter xc skiing & snowshoeing; bicycling lightweight; car camping, but just got a nice backpack for the yurt. Salt water swimming, kayaking & sailing (I wish!). Oh, and I love to dance!

Mt. Taylor Hike (Ski? Snowshoe?)
"So glad we brought our layers, as we did get some snow. Didn't need snowshoes, but had some snow and ice on the trail. This was a great alternative to Gooseberry Springs, lots of it sheltered in the woods. ..."
