I am Practicing and teaching Meditation since 1986 and enjoying the happiness of keeping out of daily stress, tension Etc., around us in this fast world. I can teach the simple steps of meditation to your group in 4-5 days for less than 30 minutes daily. If you can organize a group of 4 (minimum) I can come and teach in your place.
