Established in 1912 as the City of Rochester, New York's Municipal Museum, the Rochester Museum & Science Center has expanded and evolved to meet the changing needs of the greater Rochester community for nearly a century.

Today's Museum offers three floors of hands-on exhibitions in science & technology, natural science, and cultural heritage to explore—plus a library, a gift shop, and a café.

Experience the legendary story of the most famous ship of its time! Discover the RMS Titanic's compelling human dramas as you explore re-created first and third class accommodations. View artifacts recovered after 80 years on the ocean floor.

As you enter the exhibition, you'll receive a replica boarding pass of an actual passenger. Then begin a journey through the life of the Titanic, from the ship's construction, to life on board, to the ill-fated sinking and amazing artifact rescue efforts. Finally, take your boarding pass to the memorial wall and find out if your passenger and traveling companions survived or perished.
