Hi Everyone,

This is a Child-Friendly event, so please feel free to bring your children.

The North Lodge (with a 99 person indoor capacity) at King’s Bend Park, 170 W. Jefferson Road, is furnished with picnic tables, gas fireplace, stove, sinks and counter space, outlets to accommodate multiple appliances, and patio area with charcoal grill and picnic table. Two unisex, handicap accessible restrooms are attached to the lodge. The lodge has immediate access to park grounds including the children’s play area. We have reserved the North Lodge from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.Let's spend a lazy day of summer enjoying Thanksgiving dinner.

diet soda - 2 - 3 bottles each
regular soda - 2 - 3 bottles each

To cover the $125.00 rental fee we're asking for a $3.00 per person donation (children are free), please pay Diane L. at the event. Please bring your own drinks. We also ask that you please bring a dish to pass and/or snacks ... whatever works for you. Please indicate what you're planning to bring to share in your RSVP. You might want to check other members RSVP's to see what they've already volunteered to bring.

Games and cards are always a big hit! Please bring your cards and favorite games (indoor and outdoor). We'll have a boom box for tunes, so remember to bring your favorite CD's too. Being that this is a children welcome event, please try to bring games and things that will help to keep them amused as well.
