Visit haunted castles, hike thru ghostly undergrounds, and look for legendary monsters
Start your journey in famous Edinburgh then explore ancient Lochs in Inverness before moving on to see the gorgeous mountains of the highlands in Isle of Skye

We’ll get a chance to explore Underground Edindburgh, Join a Highland Safari and take time to taste the Whiskey!




Highlights:
Edinburgh – Edinburgh Castle, Real Mary King’s Close, Heritage Museum, The Witchery
Aberdeen- Fyvie Castle, Haunted Distillery, Easter Aquhorthies- Stone Circle, Kinnaird Castle & Lighthouse

Inverness- Search for Nessie, Urquhart Castle , Cawdor Castle (Nairn)
Isle of Skye- Eileen Donan, Dunvegan, Kilt Rock, Old Man of Storr, Talisker Whiskey Distillery
Jacobite Steam Train (Harry Potter Train), Spend the night in a Haunted Castle!!



Itinerary :


Day 1- Travel Arrive in Edinburgh

Arrive In Edinburgh by noon. Take a guided tour of Edinburgh Castle and then walk down the Royal Mile to Mary Kings Close. Start your spooky encounter in Edinburgh go below Edinburgh’s Royal Mile to the Real Mary King’s Close. Your tour guide will show you where some of the apparitions have appeared in this atmospheric old setting. Afterwards lunch can be taken at a restaurant on the Royal Mile (not included) before continuing to The palace of Holyroodhouse where a guided tour can be arranged for later this afternoon. A short walk later and you'll be back at your hotel. Late tonight take an optional night tour and ghost hunt of Edinburgh Castle complete with our own gear and experienced paranormal investigators.

Day 2- Edinburgh/ Inverness
Sleep in and recover from your late night ghost hunt or tour Edinburgh on your own in the morning for a chance for some shopping and optional sightseeing opportunities. Then its off to Perthshire for a Highland Safari. Hop on a Land Rover for an exciting ride across the majestic Highlands.

Day 3- Inverness
This morning travel to Culloden to take a tour of the Battlefield with a Highland Clansman. From there travel to Cawdor where you will enjoy a tour of this castle and its famous gardens. Lunch is Included today before heading to Speyside to tour the Whiskey Trail. Here we will take part in a Connoisseurs tour of the Glenfiddich Distillery.

Day 4- Inverness/Isle of Skye
Today we will head over to Isle of Skye. En route we will stop to search for the Loch Ness monster via a boat trip on Loch Ness then a vist of Urquhart Castle.
After Lunch we will continue to Dornie and tour Eilean Donan Castle before heading over the Skye Bridge.

Day 5-Isle of Skye
Depart on panoramic tour of the north of the Island this morning. Some famous places include The Old Man of Storr and Kilt Rock Waterfall.
After Lunch we will travel to Dunvegan for a tour of Dunvegan Castle and a search for the Fairey Flag. Later we will visit the Haunted Talisker Whiskey Distillery for another quick tasting.

Day 6- Stirling
This morning visit Armadale Castle (Clan Donald Centre) is planned before boarding the ferry to Mallaig.
At Mallaig hop on the Harry Potter Steam Train and travel to Fort Wiliam. Then we will continue onto Stirling via the spectacular Glencoe and Loch Lomond

Day 7- Stirling/ Edinburgh
This morning tour Stirling Castle then travel the short distance to The Wallace Monument (climbing to the top of the monument entrance fee not included)

Day 8- Edinbugh
Back to the US

    Sorry I couldn't go. Next year I am taking my youngest daughter (18) then to Scotland. Maybe you'll have another trip then.
