The best place to meet is probably in front of the building.

I plan on making it by the NM Arts and Crafts Fair at the Fairgrounds sometime Sunday, probably early, since I have something else at 2 p.m. Others will meetup with the Artcrawlers, so feel free to join them, but let people in this group know your plans so they can join you as well. You can coordinate with someone in this group, by specifying your preferences for time and place in your RSVP.

If you bicycle or walk, I don't think you have to pay for parking.
Otherwise, fees are probably the following:

"Parking at the fairgrounds is $4, and admission to the NMACF is $5."

The hours are: Sat 10a.m. - 8 p.m., and Sun 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Several Meetup members are artists and may have booths, so keep an eye out for a friendly, and familiar faces. Rumor has it that goodwill abounds.
