For those of us that would like a little help through the holidays controlling our eating and increasing our exercising habits, then this is for you!

Several of you have made some recommendations that I will try to address such as more support during the challenge. We will have walking groups, nutritional potlucks & discussions, and some other fun, related activities.

Cost: $10.00/person

Start: weigh in at my house on Nov 7th @ 9:30am
End: Early January Time/date TBA

Winners: the winners will be determined by total weight lost and % weight lost. The money will be split 50/50.
