Meet in the parking lot at far east end of Indian School Road, it at 5:45 PM. Tonight we will go up the Embudo Trail. We plan to leave at 6:00 PM and go a bout 2.5 miles and find a place to stop, take a break and return. This trail does have several places where stepping over rocks on the way up is required, but I'll help up if needed. On the way down, we will take a different way along the ridgeline, the last 100 yards is a little steep, but has a great view of the city. This hike will be a couple days before the full moon, so we'll have moonlight on the way back. Darkness may catch us on the return, so bring a flashlight, warm clothing, snacks and water. Hike at your own pace and enjoy yourself. No dogs please on this hike. Hiking Distance: 3 - 4 miles, Difficulty: Easy. Leader: Tom Mizner (830-9734 or cell # 301-2460)
