I know we don't have anything scheduled for Cinco de Mayo, but
I figure we could do Ocho de Mayo (not a holiday) at
Arriba's. I have been before and the food is delicious.

Arriba's is known for doing things with hatch chiles and if you
love spicy, this is the place. I know they can lower the heat
index to make food less spicy. There is a very liimited
vegetarian choices. The enchiladas and fajitas are excellent
too.
