Introduction: Hi. I am looking forward to meeting folks whose hearts and minds are open. I love Neo-Soul because at its best it is thought provoking and uplifting...like me! :-)
What Neo-Soul or Spoken Word Artist Would You Like To Meet?: Anyone...it is always interesting to meet poets..whether there thoughts are set to music or not.
· What Neo-Soul artist is on your Ipod, MP3 or CD player?: Maxwell!
· Name the last live music performance you attended.: Trumpets - a Jazz club located in Montclair NJ. Christian McBride and Company where appearing.
· Have you ever returned an artist's CD?: Funny story...Jaheim's DEMO CD. It sound NOTHING like the CD he later released. I took it to work as I did not want to return it or throw it away..I thought surely someone would want it. Everytime I returned to my desk, it was back in my chair!
· Do you allow friends to borrow your music?: No. I have never had anyone ask....I guess they know better :-) My car was vandalized once - they stole my Best of Switch cassette. I was more upset about that than the car.

“ On Tuesday, June 3rd there will be a free Samba class at the Afro Brazilian Cultural Center of NJ. The Center is at 356 Bloomfield Ave in Montclair on the corner of South Willow and class is at 7:30. There is a parking lot on Willow and a side entrance to the Center. There will be light refreshments served afterwards. ”
