Mission and Purpose: To minister to and empower single adults in their journey toward spiritual, personal and relational wholeness through a variety of programs, classes and activities. To strive to help people live in an intimate relationship with God. To reach out to all single adults providing a Christian environment of love and support. To offer all that we do through a community of love and grace. We have a variety of classes and activities for Singles.

This is a group for ( wait for it...) FIT mid-life singles who love sports, enjoy working out, eating healthy, love socializing and don't really like internet dating. It is so hard to meet quality, like-minded people who take care of themselves in their 40's and 50's, much less in a big city like Dallas. This is a meet-up for those people who want to mingle with others who share a healthy life-style and have some laughs and hopefully create sparks!
